GENERAL CLEANING

List Service

List the things you want done and we do them in the order listed.
The first visit we learn your standards.

Menu Service

Menu service is a choice of things which determine the cost of the service based on the number and type of things to be done and the standard to be met.

Prices

You pay an hourly rate from $15 to $30 for the time of each worker. A crew is the sum of the cost of all the workers. Rates are based on the individual worker’s experience. Our steady service prices are right and all inclusive of taxes, insurance, transportation, supplies and equipment. Every other week is the choice of most of our customers.

* Our Typical Work Routine *

* Vacuuming including cobwebs and dusting; cleaning of mirrors, glass-top tables, chromed furniture, spots on doors, door jams, walls and light switches. Every-other-week, one room of heavy furniture is moved and polished. In that one room the curtains, drapes, blinds, window sills, lamp shades and upholstered furniture are also vacuumed.

* Bathrooms, including all tile, are cleaned completely and tile floors where you bathe are cleaned by hand with disinfectant (other tile floors are mopped).

* Kitchen cabinets (wood is treated), splash areas, counters, sinks, and the outsides of appliances are cleaned every time. Ovens in need of cleaning are sprayed and wiped out each visit (not a lot of time but done).

ANY TYPE OF CLEANING

Other items are handled on request. We will do most any other additional cleaning you might request at the normal rate for the type of work to be done. A phone call is usually all that is needed for us to be able to estimate these types of cleaning that are priced separately.
It is usually possible to show deference to our steady customers and give preferential pricing for additional work. We know our steady customers keep us in business all year and many times we do not have to make an extra trip to do the work.
