Carpet Cleaning - Walk Area Special

This Walk Area Special is for those who have had us clean the vast majority of all the carpet in their house in the last year. Also, all steady (weekly and Every-Other-Week) house cleaning clients are entitled to this discount.

Since the walk areas tend to show the dirt and the need for cleaning long before the entire room needs to be cleaned again, we offer a good reduced rate for the cleaning of all the walk areas.

Just after your carpet is cleaned we know the rate to come back as often as four times a year to clean the walk areas. The price is based on the size of your home, the type (nylon, rayon, wool, etc.) and color of your carpet, how much dirt we were ablew to remove during the cleaning and what we anticipate the use will be until you call us to do this Walk Area Special.

All current prices can be found at www.allklean.com; to illustrate the relative pricing in dollars is used.

Furnished rooms are priced at $0.25 per square foot to move all the furniture and clean all the carpet.

Cleaning the exposed areas in the same room is half the cost ($0.125 per square foot) to move all the furniture and clean all the carpet.

Notes:

2. Most rental systems have vacuums far below the specifications of commercial carpet cleaners.

3. Depending on the circunstances it may not be possible to transport both general cleaning and carpet cleaning equipment on the same day.

4. When asked to clean carpeting we watch the weather forcast for a cool dry day and try to arrange the schedule to make it possible to fuffill carpet cleaning requests on that day. Since we have the keys to nearly all of our steady general cleaning customers this is usually easy to arrange by a short phone call.

5. Experience has taught us that warm and/or humid weather is very likly to result in mildew in our area we may opt not to do carpet cleaning. Customers have the right to insist as long as we have written notice that we have advised against carpet cleaning and that we are not to be held responsiblefor mildew.

6. Our experience cleaning carpeting after sewer backup in Aberdeen Township led us to an outstanding germicide made by Shaklee Corporation. This product allowed us to completely clean carpeting and leave it odor free and sanitized after three cleanings: two the first day and a third two days later.
